You've seen a product on this site but you're vehicle isn't listed ?

As you can imagine, the range is huge and it would be impossible to list everything on the website. However, please call 0870 991 73 93, let us know the product(s) you are interested in and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Ordering

You'd like to place an order but you're not sure about our Order Form?

No problem! You may fill in as much or as little as you wish but please leave your name, email address and/or your daytime phone number and one of our Sales Team will be happy to call or email you for full details of your requirements.

You'd like to place an order but prefer to send a cheque or Postal Orders?

Just post your order and cheque for the correct amount to:-

Please make sure you include your Name, Address, Phone Number and email address so that we can contact you quickly if necessary.

Please also write your cheque guarantee card number on the reverse side of your cheque.

If you do not have a cheque guarantee number, your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque has cleared through the normal banking procedure.

You'd like to place an order and live outside mainland UK

We despatch parcels daily to all parts of the world at very competitive rates. If you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc, just phone or email with your requirements and we can quote you immediately.

We're open from 9am til 5pm Monday to Saturday. You can speak directly to one of our experienced Sales Team contact us

Returning a product

You need to return a product to us?

Either phone or email to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like us to arrange for our Courier to collect or you will be arranging your own return.

Please make sure you enclose full details within the parcel so that we know who the parcel is coming from and why it is being returned.

Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority.

Goods returned for any other reason must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and the reason for return.

We have a very easy to follow SECURE ORDER FORM on the website.

It will guide you through the information we require to process your order quickly.

All orders are confirmed upon receipt.

If there are any questions you are unsure of, please email us and we will be happy to contact you during our opening hours.

By Telephone

Please telephone to place an order.

Hotline numbers direct to our Sales Team can be found on the contact us page of the website.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS, SWITCH/MAESTRO, SOLO, DELTA & JCB.

We require your Card Number, Expiry Date, Name, Address and Telephone Number.

All details will be security checked for your protection.

(Any attempted credit card fraud is automatically reported to the police)

By Fax

Orders can be faxed giving all the required information and method of payment. Please also give us a contact telephone number so that any enquiries regarding your order can be dealt with immediately.

For your convenience, we are happy to fax you a written quotation for any parts you require.

By Post

Orders can be posted.

Cheques to be made payable to

Please write your cheque card number, expiry date and address on the reverse of the cheque so that we can obtain immediate clearance.

In the event that you have no cheque guarantee card, your goods will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared through the normal banking procedure (approximately 7 working days).

Bank Drafts and Postal Orders will ensure immediate despatch (subject to availability) and should be made out to Xtreme Accessories.

Returns

If you purchase a product from us and are not completely satisfied

Please return within 14 days in the original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase with your reason for return.

Providing the goods are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, we will exchange or refund your money.

Handling charges may have to be levied in cases where goods have been specially ordered and then returned.

Goods made to customers own requirements cannot be accepted back for refund.

Product Returns

We try our absolute best to see that everything you order arrives safely and is exactly as ordered FIRST TIME - EVERYTIME.

However, if for any reason you need to return goods to us we will do our best to make the process as quick and efficient as possible.

Items must be returned carriage paid. In circumstances where goods are too heavy and/or bulky for you to return, you may wish to use our Courier service to collect the package from your home or business address.

Just ask, we are happy to provide this service.

Courier Service

In this event there is a standard charge of £12 within UK mainland. The parcel(s) must be securely wrapped and contain all the necessary details (ie. Reason for return, senders details and details of original purchase).

We would require a contact name, phone number and full address with post code of where the parcel(s) are to be collected from. Our Courier will provide the return address label.

To help us deal with your return/exchange as quickly as possible, it would be helpful to give us prior notice by Phone, Fax or email.
